Secondly, the hotel facilities were top-notch and modern. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient and easily accessible to transportation. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The coffee at the on-site cafe was not up to par. The frothed milk was frequently too hot, resulting in burnt-tasting cappuccinos, and the espresso was weak and watery.

The hotel had a pool, gym and garden – perfect for me, the epitome of athletic prowess. Just kidding, I mostly ate the buffet breakfast and enjoyed the lovely terrace.

Well, I couldn't find a private helipad for my helicopter. How am I supposed to arrive in style without one?

This hotel is an exceptional luxury venue that met all our exclusive needs. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with outstanding customer service. We enjoyed the full body massage and used the sauna as well as the spa lounge which were clean and modern. The outdoor swimming pool offered a relaxing and refreshing experience with sun loungers available in the garden area. The restaurant had an amazing lunch and breakfast buffet with special diet menus available.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The pause on the liquor license meant the bar area was yet to open.

The duty manager at Hyatt Regency went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free, ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food at the in-house restaurant, Oriental Kitchen, was magnificent. The modern vibe of the property's interior design gave it a fresh and stylish atmosphere.
